His purpose is to educate industry and society through research and education to positively change the attitude towards the most important profession in any business. His vision is to bring respect to the sales function through raising the professional standing of sales.
Always believing in challenging herself and others around her, Karle believes that organisations need to constantly question the status quo in order to innovate and grow. Her mantra of Customers are the heart of every business, she understands the importance of customers and brings her wealth of knowledge to help guide and ensure that customers are the focal point at the National Sales Institute.

Recognising the importance of Sales as a business function, Sam is committed to the cause of the National Sales Institute. An expert in the field of process engineering and regulatory compliance, he is able to capitalise on his immense skills to help drive the value proposition of the National Sales Institute.
A natural connector, Rob has a wealth of experience in understanding market industries and the unique drivers that affect the ecosystem of those sectors.
